Here’s my response to a letter denigrating former President Donald Trump:
You are right — Trump is stupid and his college professor has made millions, if not billions, of dollars.
I suppose he has also changed the skyline of New York City. A brilliant man.
Most certainly I would seek the advice of his college professor — versus him (Trump).
The “Project 2025†plan is a lie, a Democrat hoax. Trump denies it. Obviously he isn’t a fascist. Another Democrat lie.
We have a four-year presidency to judge that by. We aren’t the ones advocating violence and assassination of political candidates.
If I recall, fascists are good at that sort of thing. We are not the administration “opening the doors†to let assassination happen.
Also, we haven’t weaponized the Justice Department. For proof, Hillary (Clinton) is not wearing orange. Trump’s son hasn’t plead guilty to multiple felonies.
If Trump is a fascist, he makes a pretty bad fascist.
That line is familiar — Martin Luther King Jr.’s niece said he (in a compliment to Trump) makes a pretty bad racist. As does Dr. Ben Carson, and the thousands of other black people he (Trump) has given jobs to.
As for the generals, they come in all sizes, different degrees of competences and, some, with an “ax to grind.â€
Your argument is subjective, mine is objective. Yours is based on prejudice, outright lies and smears.
He (Trump) is never given a break by the Democrats. They jump on every minor Trump error, with an almost sexual joy or glee.
They lie, get exposed and then continue to lie. My argument is based on facts and past performance.
Trump was president before, with Yellow Dog Democrats constantly barking lies (Russian collusion, the Russian disinformation Hunter Biden lap top, remember it was signed by 51 intelligence officials, and others) at his heels.
(EDITOR’S NOTE:“Yellow Dog Democrats is a political term that was applied to voters in the Southern United States who voted solely for candidates who represented the Democratic Party,†Wikipedia noted. “The term originated in the late 19th century. These voters would allegedly ‘vote for a yellow dog before they would vote for any Republican’ or, ‘vote for a yellow dog if he ran on the Democratic ticket.’)
History has proven Fox News right.
I am sure history will continue to do so into the future.
One thing is sure — neither you nor I personally know Donald Trump.
I will fall back to God’s admonition in the Bible (a verse from the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 7:1-2):
“Judge not lest ye be judged.â€
If you judge falsely, you will be judged falsely.
If you judge with half truths and lies, you will be judged with half truths and lies.
If you judge harshly, you will be judged harshly.
Someone once said that facts are pretty stubborn things. My argument is based on facts.
There is one thing about it — Trump fairly made his money. Joe Biden got his (wealth) by selling political influence to Ukraine, Russia and Communist Red China.
History will vindicate my views, as it already has done on other matters.
Bank accounts, deceit and lack of explanations vindicate my thoughts on Biden. But thanks for the well-wishes — I need all the luck I can get.
And, yes, as a little guy — one of the “masses,†I am concerned with the price of eggs, gas, inflation and a secure border.
Facts are stubborn things. It is a fact we are not in an election with Joe Biden any more, just his hand-picked second.
She (Vice President Kamala Harris) was his border czar, a fact that, later, they lied about and denied. She doesn’t repudiate his (Biden’s) policies — and cannot articulate her policies for change.
My vote is a vote as much against the lies, deceit and hypocrisy of the Democratic Party, as it is against policies that are ruinous to our country.
It is very hard to bring light into Plato’s cave. One is never appreciated for it. Zeus punished Prometheus for it with a “Ground Hog (type) Day†eternity.
The Pharisees crucified Christ for it. You can lead a horse to water… You are not my enemy — be blessed. We (Republicans) are not the party of violence.
