HENDERSONVILLE — Honeysuckle Holler — billing itself as “the only dedicated country dance bar in Western North Carolina” — held a grand opening on Dec. 6-7 in the former location of The 2nd Act Coffee, Wine & Craft Beer Bar at 101 E. Allen St., Suite 101, in downtown Hendersonville. (The 2nd Act closed on Aug. 23, 2023.)

As for Honeysuckle Holler, a promotion stated: “We enthusiastically welcome dancers of all levels and styles of dance, and we provide free line dancing lessons every Thursday so everyone can participate and improve. We love line dancing, country swing, two-step and more..."

Besides country line dance lessons on Thursdays, the bar offers county line dancing on Fridays and country dancing on Saturdays.
