WALHALLA, S.C. — SPANKthe80s: The Ultimate ‘80s Tribute Band Experience will perform a salute to the music of the 1980s at 7:30 p.m. April 17 in the Walhalla Performing Arts Center, 101 East North Broad Street, here.
