FOREST CITY, N.C.  —  The Chairmen of the Board, an iconic Carolina beach music group, will perform music for listening and/or dancing from 7 to 10 p.m. May 16 in the Pavilion on Park Square in downtown Forest City.

The concert is part of the town-sponsored POPS summer concert series. 

Among the Chairmen of th Board’s top hits are “Give Me Just a Little More Time,” “Carolina Girls” and “(You’ve Got Me) Dangling on a String.”
