MAULDIN, S.C. — The annual Mauldin Blues & Jazz Festival will be held from 2 to 9 p.m. April 26 in the Mauldin Outdoor Amphitheater at 101 East Butler Road, here.
The festival will feature a number of bands and performers, including headliner Nikki Hill and and a long-time Upstate favorite, Mac Arnold and Plate Full o’ Blues.
Also featured will be the Greenville Jazz Collective Big Band and the Soda City Brass Band.
Hill is billed as “a blues, rock and soul singer†from Durham, N.C., “known for her energetic performances and a voice described as a ‘petite powerhouse’ with a ‘booming voice,’†according to AI Overview.
What’s more the festival will offer food and drink trucks — and dancing will be encouraged.
Attendees are urged to bring lawnchairs and/or blankets. Admission is free.
