Our president is an excellent speaker. Unfortunately, words, like bullets, can be put to good or bad use depending on the mission of the shooter.

During his State of the Union speech, Obama put America in his cross-hairs and filled us full of holes.

One of his central themes was fixing the economy through investment. That’s liar language for more government spending — a remedy akin to treating a heart problem with lard.

His defense of ObamaCare minimized the real long-term costs and impacts – mirroring a car salesman emphasizing chrome wheels and leather seats but failing to mention the motor and transmission not included in the purchase price.
Obama also referenced his remarkably courageous fiscal commission.  He didn’t mention their clear-headed counsel that intercepting a progressively catastrophic deficit required three dollars in federal spending cuts for every new dollar in revenue – Obama’s action plans do neither.

Our president is an excellent speaker. It behooves culturists to be excellent listeners and resist seduction and entertainment marketed as truth and virtue ....
