WEAVERVILLE ó A proposal to build a concrete plant in the Flat Creek area was stalled July 11 when officials with the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment pulled the permit application, saying it was incomplete.

Asheville Concrete can still reapply to build the plant on the southern end of Murphy Hill Road, near the Flat Creek exit on U.S. 19/23 north of Weaverville.
