It’s time for a new 'no confidence' law
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, local and state leaders have used their executive powers to issue arbitrary lockdowns that make no sense and are not based on any historical or scientific evidence.
Among these are governors from Wisconsin, Michigan, California, Maine, etc., along with mayors from New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Maryland, Virginia, etc.
Many of these mandates have been challenged as government overreach and are not accepted by the populous. Some people have openly defied the mandates only to be arrested or cited for later trial.
Given the egregious misuse of authority by these power-mongers, a new law is needed that would apply to all government elected official whether at the city, county or state levels.
The people in every state, county, and city need to have the ability to issue a “vote of no confidence†against any elected official and remove them from office.
Elected officials serve at the behest of the people, not the other way around. In publicly held corporations, shareholders can remove corporate officials via a vote of no confidence. This same concept should apply to government officials as well.
While difficult to achieve on a national level, it is more easily achievable at state, county, and city levels for many reasons. One reason is that the population size is much smaller at these levels. Also the decisions that officials make at these levels have a greater impact on each resident’s economic and well-being as they are more localized.
A vote of no confidence is not the same as impeachment. It does not need to meet any criminal or impeachment requirements. It does, however, need at least two candidates to be voted on for the remainder of the official’s term. A vote of no confidence is actually two votes – one for the removal of an incompetent official, and the other for his/her replacement. Such a vote can be held at any time and should have the capability to be called for by several different means, including petition from the people.
The inability for a citizenry to have the tools to remove any elected official from office can and will lead to tyranny and corruption of government. It is incumbent for citizens to demand the implementation of a “vote of no confidence†process at the local, county and state levels of government.

Silent holocaust linked to immune systems’ collapse
In late October 1991, off the East Coast of the United States, a series of unusual weather patterns combined to produce what was called “The Perfect Storm.â€
It caused damage over a wide swath of the Atlantic coast and its environs. We stand today on the threshold of another perfect storm.
This one is a perfect storm of disease and death that is ravaging the human immune system. A deluge of misinformation and fear have obscured the real health catastrophe that is unfolding before us.
The possible existence of a novel coronavirus strain is just one aspect of a bigger problem that is affecting much of humanity. All this concern about COVID-19 is actually serving as a distraction from a much greater problem.
The real problem is that the collective immune system of our species is collapsing. It is a silent holocaust.
By the numbers COVID-19 has proven to be less deadly than the seasonal flu. It is not even clear that it really exists. As well regarded health researcher Bill Sardi recently noted:
“However, researchers concede: “In the present case of 2019-nCoV (COVID-19), virus isolates or samples from infected patients have so far not become available to the international public health community.â€
It is likely that the people being tested for it are simply being found to have one virus or another in the corona family which is nothing new.
The pandemic is an illusion. The real pandemic is occurring because we have triggered a tipping point in our health where we are no longer able to fight off diseases mostly of the modern variety.
Most of these diseases are of a non communicable nature, think cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
Yet this tipping point makes us more vulnerable to infectious diseases as well. For generations the human immune system has been under attack by largely external factors (chemicals and pesticides in the environment and in our food supply for example).
As a result we have seen a steep rise in noncommunicable diseases which have proven to be far more deadly than COVID-19.
For humans to be truly healthy we need to have contact with the environment, not isolation from it.
Germs, bacteria and other microorganisms are good for you, they are your allies. They exist in every nook and cranny of your body. In medical terms these tiny friends of yours are referred to as your “microbiome.†They are an important part of your natural defense against disease and they must have contact with the outside world in order to learn how to best defend your health and boost your immunity.
At the same time your lifestyle choices will do more for your protection than any vaccine will ever do. Remember to get plenty of fresh air, sunlight, exercise and whole natural foods.
Remove those masks of obedience and hug a neighbor, friend or family member.
I regret that I have but one mask to remove for my country!

The late Frank Sinatra given salute on his 105th birthday
Happy, heavenly 105th birthday to Frank Sinatra.
His incredible talent in all fields of the entertainment industry is legendary, especially in music.
His gift of phrasing a song was exactly that, a gift.
Add acting in comedy, drama or musical, plus conducting an orchestra and his philanthropic involvement with hospitals and children, and we have much to be thankful for when it comes to enjoying the legacy Frank left.
Join me and his legions of fans around the globe — including Peggy King & the All-Star Jazz Trio, Tony Bennett, author Will Friedwald, singer Diana Krall, music archivist Anthony DiFlorio III and talent promoter Billy Jon Coogan — in wishing a Happy Birthday to Frank Sinatra.
Can you imagine the ring-a-ding-ding birthday bash way up there on his birthday, on December 12th?

Democrat notes errors by his party that cost seats
It is my opinion that the “Defund The Police†movement was like a 10-year-old child’s temper tantrum that lost the Democrats a lot of votes that could have resulted in a Biden landslide, a gain of seats in the House and a take-over of the Senate.
This could have resulted in the passage of some of the new social programs that some Democrats want including the passage of a high-quality national health insurance program to cover all Americans which would be similar to what all of our allies already have.
But this movement was perhaps the dumbest move by the Democrats in the last 40 years.
Equally as stupid was some Democrats calling themselves “socialists.†That was another “kiss of death†that was made even more foolish by the fact that none of them are truly “socialists†at all.
They are actually “SOCIAL DEMOCRATS.â€
Please read the online article titled “Bernie Sanders Isn’t A Socialist†written by Paul Krugman, which appeared in “The New York Times.â€
Krugman won the 2008 Nobel Prize in/for Economics. I believe that it is fair and safe to say that someone who won the Nobel Prize in/for economics actually knows what a socialist does and does not believe in (even though I know that conservatives love to criticize and bash Krugman).

So they stole the election and it was pre-planned ....
There is no question that the Democratic Party, and others, did everything they could to steal the 2020 presidential election. And that it was obviously pre-planned for years.
A large group of individuals, and organizations, worked hard, and put out large amounts of money, to carry out such a disgraceful and un-American travesty against one of America’s most treasured visions, “of Clear and Fair Elections.â€
The monstrous work of these evil minds MUST NOT WE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG, AND MUST BE BROUGHT TO LIGHT AND EXPOSED TO THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA.
Unfortunately for America, the same evil dudes own and control most of the news media and communication organizations, and they censored, swept under the rug, everything that was needed to bring light to the truth!
When government organizations and the media were presented with proof that Biden had compromised himself by taking money from Communist China and other countries, they refused to publish such information.
These are the same people who have been trying to destroy a legally elected president on a daily basis for four years!
America should be crying out for the TRUTH! And the truth is that those evil-minded people DID NOT WIN, THEY STOLE THE ELECTION! THAT MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO STAND!
It would take an act of God to change their evil hearts and minds, and that is not likely to happen because they do not believe in God.
Thanks to the fact that there are still many honest people left in America who possess “True Grit†and have signed sworn statements of illegalities they witnessed, or they were directed to do so by supervisors, there is plenty of proof that fraud was committed on a large scale — especially in states that are called “swing states.â€

‘Confederate Reckoning’ series called ‘a crockpot of poppycock’
On Sunday morning (Dec. 6), the local newspaper’s — the Asheville Citizen Times’ — front-page headline story would read: “Confederate Reckoning / Southern History Textbooks.â€
This story is a part of “Confederate Reckoningâ€â€¦ a collaborative project of USA Today Network newsrooms across the South to critically examine the legacy of the Confederacy and its influence on systematic racism today.
As if this was not enough, the headline continued... “A Long History of Deception; Southern textbooks distorted Civil War for generations.â€
What a crockpot of poppycock this is coming from those who established the public school system in the South in 1865 to do just what they are accusing the South of doing.
This is one of the reasons very close attention should be paid to the the Rev. R.L. Dabney’s letter to Howard.
And, I wonder if one of these Yankee-leaning newspapers will print the series I have written on the subject matter covered by Dabney in his letter, as folows:
To Major General (Oliver Otis) Howard, Head of the Freedmen’s Bureau Washington:
In that we still refuse to cast off those families, although, by reason of the incumbrance of old persons, sick, and little children, their present labor is worse than worthless to us, and we know we shall receive no future recompense in the labor of the children we are thus rearing gratis for other men as independent of us in future as we are of them.
And this is done (often times in spite of a present requital of insolence, misconception, ingratitude, and a petty warfare of thefts and injuries) by Southern gentlemen and ladies, who appropriate thereto a part of the avails of their own personal labors, undertaken to procure subsistence for their own children.
And this is done, not in a few exceptional cases, but in a multitude of cases, in every neighborhood of every county, so that the number of destitute freedmen under which the able hands of your Bureau now faint, are not a tithe of those who are still maintained by the impoverished people of the South.
And this is done simply because humanity makes us unwilling to thrust out those for whose happiness we have so long been accustomed to care into the hardships of their new and untried future.
And unless you can expect this delicate sentiment to exhibit a permanence which would be almost miraculous under the “wear and tear†of our future poverty, I forewarn you that you must stand prepared for a tenfold increase in your present responsibilities, when these families are committed to you. That tenfold burden you must learn to bear successfully.
Having shown you the starting point of that career of beneficence to the African, from which you are solemnly bound to God and history to advance, I now return to strengthen the already irresistible argument of that obligation.
If the South, with all its disadvantages, has done this modicum of good to this poor people, the North, their present guardians, with their vast advantages, must do more. The South was the inferior section (so the North told us) in number, in wealth, in progress, in intelligence, in education, in religion.
The South (so the North says) held the Africans under an antiquated, unrighteous and mischievous relation-that of domestic slavery. The north now has them on the new footing, which is, of course, precisely the right one. The South was their oppressor; the North is their generous liberator. The South has hagridden in all its energies for good (so we were instructed) by the “barbarism of slaveryâ€; the North contains the most civilized, enlightened and efficient people on earth.
Now, if you do not surpass our poor performances for the negro with this mighty contrast in your favor, how mighty will be the just reprobation which will be visited upon you by the common sentiment of mankind and by the Lord of Hosts?
If you do not surpass our deeds as far as your power and greatness surpass ours, how can you stand at His bar, even beside us sinners? He has taught us that “a man is accepted according to that which he hath, and not according to that which he hath not.†To this righteous rule we intend to hold you, as our successors in the guardianship of the negro.
If there are any who endeavor to lull your energies in this work, by saying that the negro, being now a free man, must take of himself like other people; that he be thrown on his own resources, and that, if he does not provide for his own well-being, he should be left to suffer, I beseech you, in the behalf of humanity, of justice and of your own good name, not to hearken to them.
I ask you solemnly whether the freedmen have an “even start†in the race for subsistence with the other laboring men of the nation, marked as they are by differences of race and color, obstructed by stubborn prejudices, and disqualified (as you hold) for the responsibilities of self-support, to some extent, by the evil effects of their recent bondage upon their character? Is it fair, or right, or merciful to compel him to enter the stadium, and leave him to this fierce competition under these grave disadvantages?
Again, no peasantry under the sun was ever required or was able to sustain themselves when connected with the soil by no tenure of any form. Under our system of slaves had the most permanent form of tenancy; for their master’s lands were bound to them by law for furnishing them homes, occupations and subsistence during the whole continuance of the master’s tenure. But you have ended all this and consigned four million of people to a condition of homelessness.
Will the North thus make gypsies of them, and then hold them responsible for the ruin which is inevitable from such a condition?
— Rev. R.L. Dabney
God bless you!
