It may be weeks before we know who actually won the presidential election.
Think of the Florida election challenge 2000 on steroids.
No doubt the corporate media will shortly call the election for (Joe) Biden, but it may take many weeks to actually sort out the final results.
As president for at least well over two months, Trump has many avenues to challenge the results should they go against him.
The real question is: will the country be any different if Biden wins?
My answer is no.
A Trump win would have only forestalled the inevitable. The barbarians are already within the gates of the city. The quality of American education has descended to such a degree that it is only a matter of time until the oncoming generations will run the show. That is a scary thought.
This new cult of the uneducated means that equality will be mandated and that any attempt at free and creative thought will be quashed.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
The cancer of the progressive delusion is metastasizing across our fair land and it is only a matter of time until the red bandannas of the new Khmer Rouge take command.

Thought and observations surrounding voting
We have cast our votes and, as the saying goes, “let the best man win.â€
As we go through several days, possibly weeks, of counting and tallying, and lawsuits, we may not know who the winner is for various positions.
While all voting seasons are contentious, this one has been even more so with everyone having to deal with the coronavirus pandemic and its associated challenges. We have and continue to go through a survival period very much akin to what our forefathers went through during the Great Depression of the 1930s.
Regardless of the voting outcome, only history will tell how well the winners did or did not do. We are caught up in the present and being human, we cannot know what the future holds for us. We can guess and we can play the Monday night quarterback game, based on history
When it comes to politics and voting, logical thinking often goes out the window and we lose sight of reality. We become like the six blindmen who encountered an elephant for the first time. Each of them had a different interpretation of what an elephant is. As they debated about their interpretation of the elephant, they never resolved their conflict. Politics is very much like this parable of the “Blind Men and An Elephant.â€
Regardless of our party or who wins, in many ways the outcome of our voting is as blind or ignorant as the six blind men in the parable. Preceding our voting, candidates on both sides make statements about their opponents. These statements are often called “sound bites†as they are lifted from more inclusive statements, recordings, reports, etc. For example, one candidate may stated that his opponent “_____ did not support Medicare,†or something like “___ voted against the stimulus package.â€
While the sound bites may be accurate, they are also inaccurate in that they do not state the why behind the sound bite. Taking the stimulus package for example, a candidate may not have voted for it because it contained sections where money would go to organizations or agencies that had nothing to do with coronavirus or the pandemic. By taking the sound bites at face value and never asking the question why is irresponsible, foolish, and ignorant.
There is a phrase, “Trust but verify.†As a voter, it is your responsibility to do just that. Don’t just take the word of anyone, even those you respect and believe in.
There is another expression or metaphor that we need to also consider when it comes to politics. It is, “Elephant in the Room.†This expression is about some topic or issue that everyone knows about but no one wants to discuss it for any number of reasons.
Coinciding with this phrase is the so-called etiquette rule, “Don’t talk politics, religion or money. . .†If you don’t talk about the taboos of the elephant in the room, politics, religion, or money, you are just as blind as the six blind men. By not talking or speaking up, out of fear you are allowing yourself to be suppressed by others. This is exactly what dictators feed on.
For a decade now transparency has been a key word used with regard to government. For transparency to exist, it is incumbent that leaders and candidates be open with their thoughts and opinions. Such was not the case with many candidates when asked a variety of questions. As we go forward, we need to demand and make sure that transparency exists at all levels of government – federal, state and local.
Some of the people I voted for won and others did not. While we may be disappointed that all of those we voted for did not win, we need to put aside the disappointment. We need to also put aside our differences and work toward making our nation whole and free from outside interference. In essence we need to reinstate the core values of our founding fathers, the U.S. Constitution, and adhere to our Bill of Rights.

Socialism would destroy the America we dearly love
As an 84-year-old man, it is hard to comprehend how America has changed so much in a few decades.
Especially, of how they now perceive the precious rights and liberties granted us by our Founding Fathers, when they drew the greatest Constitution in the World.
Now in this election, we face the possibility that socialists/communism — and other crazy ideas — has permeated so many minds in America, that it could possibly present a threat to our beloved AmericaIn 2018, Jeff Rense, wrote that “about 27 of the 45 Communist (Zionist) Goals on the original list have — or are being — achieved in America.â€
A quick study of the list should convince anyone that he is correct! Now one can easily see that they have taken over many of America’s institutions, including a major political party, and most of the news media.
There is a “2019 List of Socialist/Communist Sympathizers in Congress†by Trevor Loudon that lists the names of 50 Democratic Party congressional members.Even if the Biden/Kamala team loses the 2020 presidential (election), America will still be in great danger!
That is because too many have already been trained to follow the 42nd Communist Goal, which states that “violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of the American tradition.â€
Of course, that it false!
Goal # 42 also says “that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use (united force) to solve economic, political or social problems.â€
Some have purposely, forgotten to point to the murderous history of socialist/communist nations, who lined up property-owners — dispossessed them of homes, businesses and other (possessions) — by trenches ... and murdered millions upon millions (of people).
These followers of socialism in America would do that to us, too! They have already demonstrated their heartlessness!

Speech tells another side at Confederate service in Ala.
On Saturday, Oct. 17, alongside the Cemetery Committee, including my host, the Honorable Gary Johnson, we would spend the day cutting grass and preparing the cemetery for the next day’s (postponed due to COVID-19) Confederate Memorial Day service.
On Oct. 18, I would deliver the following keynote speech for the ceremony held in the City Cemetery of Marion, Alabama, hosted by the General Isham W. Garrott Camp #764 Sons of Confederate Veterans:
“It is with great honor that I come here today. In the rush of life, there is not always an opportunity to and perhaps there is not always an inclination to recognize properly the worth of a man, but it is when the trials are passed and the books are closed that the proper and everlasting estimates of a man are made.
“There may be erected to his memory monuments and Cenotaphs that will keep his name fresh in the minds of his fellow man for the deeds for which he is loved that made him great in the estimate of mankind. There is no reward equal to the respect of one’s fellow man. It is a reward that must be earned, and few are there who gained it in the degree and the measure so universally as did the Confederate soldier. (Can I get an ‘Amen?’)
“Man may inherit riches, they may buy gaudy things, and temporary honors may at times be theirs, but the undying affection and respect of men comes neither by inheritance, by purchase, nor by chance. It is truly a reward of merit. The life of such a man is encouragement to everyone who knows of it. And know of it by a Confederate soldier; 'we do!' (Can I get an Amen?)
“They are with us no more, but the memory of their noble and upright life, or what they did, and sought to do for the good of the South will be cherished to the end of time.
“The greatest weapon the South had was the irrepressible spirit of the Southern soldier. They often complained of the short rations, the long marches, miserable Camp life, and long periods of idleness between battles, but when the long roll sounded they grabbed their muskets and bullet pouches and with a 'Rebel Yell' that struck terror into the heart and mind of countless Yankee soldiers, charged the enemy with no regard for their own welfare. Time after time their friends, relatives, messmates, and Officers were struck down in staggering numbers, but the next time the order to charge was given, they exercised the same enthusiasm, bravery, and determination.
"Anyone with a high regard for truth and the study of history has to be thoroughly discouraged when truth is shouted down by ignorance. The discouragement is especially painful when much of the ignorance is driven by malicious and self-serving distortions, political lies, and bullying are the daily bread of cultural Marxism and is deeply grieving to see them advance to the point of destroying a people and all that is true and honorable in their government and traditions.
"An exaggerated and maliciously distorted narrative of the role and nature of the slavery issue as a cause of the War for Southern Independence has been stock propaganda weapon of those for political or economic gain still strive to obscure and misrepresent the economic, constitutional, and political tyrannies that provoked Southern Secessions.
"These issues still alive and are vital to the survival of decentralized Constitutional government and both Southern and American heritage. The enemies of truth and just Constitutional government are straining every nerve to silence from their false narrative of cultural Marxism, ranging from political correctness to direct and indirect economic suppression and character assassination they have especially used the slavery issue as a pious excuse for tyranny and justification for total war against Confederate forces and Southern civilians.
"To the Southern soldier and their families the Confederate Battle flag symbolized their Christian Heritage and resistance to tyranny. They were fighting for the right of Southern States and their people to determine their own political destiny. They were fighting against the evil of unjust taxation and many other abuses of power perpetrated by Northern political factions. They were fighting to free themselves of a Northern political dominance that had enriched the Northern States and oppressed Southern States.
"After many years of hardship and blood spent on the battlefield, the Southern Cross came to symbolize the courage and blood sacrifice of the Confederate soldier and Southern people. They believe in the justice and righteousness of their cause; they gave up and when the surrender at Appomattox came, they gave up their regimental banners with tears and weeping. We need to honor the memory of our fallen heroes and all that severed in that great struggle beneath our Southern Cross. God bless you.â€
