East Tennessee State University topped UNC Asheville 7-5 on May 1 at UNCAís Greenwood Park.

The Bulldogs left 15 runners on base. At the plate, UNCAís Rob Vernon and David Williams each swatted two hits.

Getting the loss was Ben Buchanan (4-6), who allowed seven hits and four earned runs in seven innings.
