NEWBERRY, S.C. — Stayin’ Alive: One Night of the Bee Gees will perform a musical salute to the Bee Gees: at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 2 in the Newberry Opera House, 1201 McKibben Street, here.

Regarding the show, a promotion stated, “The Bee Gees defined an era with their unmistakable harmonies, soaring falsettos and infectious rhythms. Their music has captivated audiences for more than five decades, evolving with the times while remaining uniquely their own.

“Now, Stayin’ Alive: A Tribute to the Bee Gees brings their legendary sound to life in a concert experience that’s as close as it gets to seeing the brothers Gibb live on stage. Featuring the vocal talents of Tony Mattina, Todd Sharman and George Manz, Stayin’ Alive re-creates the magic of Barry, Robin and Maurice with stunning authenticity.
