On this morning of Dec. 30, 2024, my babies would come to my door and, after prayer, heap praise upon the honorable attorney David McCallister for his constitutional interpretation of the unlawful ruling of one Judge Clay D. Land of the Middle District of Georgia.

The judge tried to mask his corruption of the blood bill of attainder lawsuit ruling that the National Rangers Memorial Foundation brought against Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, regarding the brick paver honoring John Singleton Mosby (nicknamed the “Gray Ghost”) at the Rangers Memorial at Fort Benning, Georgia. 

The judge found Mosby undeserving because of his service to the Confederacy, which, he said, was a treasonous taint that left him undeserving. 

(U.S. Sen.) Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) strikes again, as more anti-Southern bigotry was used by Judge Land to skirt the issue of the unconstitutionality of a bill of attainder. 

To that, one of my babies said, “Mr. H.K. — we suppose the next thing will be to take away the regimental honors from the 31st Dixie Division, which served at the bequest of General Douglas McArthur on D-Day in World War II.... 

“And let us not forget the Southern Cross being the first flag to be raised at Shuri Castle at Okinawa during the Korean War... 

“Or the U.S. Army tanks that rolled into Vietnam winning honors with the Southern Cross atop. certainly a traitorous taint according to Land and Warren.

“Or the 5th Georgia Calvary of the former black Confederate soldiers in the Spanish-American War — as they shouted out the Rebel Yell and waved the Southern Cross in battle after being left behind by the U.S. Armed forces to win the day.” 

To that, I told my babies that Abraham Lincoln hijacked the Stars and Stripes from the most patriotic peoples in the whole of America (Southerners) whose fathers (freed and indentured) won the day from the king during the First Secession — and his modus operandi behavior using the corruption of blood bill of attainder to defame our ancestors.

My babies would then ask me to thank you, attorney David McCallister, for your brave deed in pointing out this judicial wrong of this judge... and for our families — both north and south of the Mason-Dixon line — to support him in his herculean legal battle at Arlington National Cemetery.
