Multiple articles have been broadcasted attempting to dispute the allegations of citizens decrying Haitians flooding their towns in Iowa and elsewhere.
Despite the contention that they came “legally,†they are not equitable to citizens, but given a special classification that privileges them for benefits.
Searching online for people who encounter them and have for years, (ex: “Springfield OH is not fake newsâ€), the Americans are disgusted and, now, demoralized as well as killed.
Haitians have been given services, a cash card and housing that the eligible population is denied.
How does Amazon hire them (subsidized?) and not the others, or provide bus rides to work where drivers threaten lives of the citizens, running into obstacles, vehicles and people but never taking a driver’s test?
Cats may not have been eaten, but all the feral cats in a neighborhood are missing.
A ritual anomaly?
The governor protests, touting how many of them act like upstanding members of the community.
Much is overlooked in his rush to justify a bad Biden policy.
Yes, Virginia, there really is a deep state, and we are looking at it.
If only they would stop telling us that our lying eyes are making it up.

“Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them.â€

Trump ripped for his alleged trashing of Haitian immigrants
“The propagandist’s purpose is to make one set of people forget that certain other sets of people are human.â€
― Aldous Huxley
Former president Donald Trump demonizes immigrants and promises to deport millions if he is re-elected.
Chimamanda Adichie’s powerful TED Talk, “The Danger of a Single Story,†contends that “Power is the ability not just to tell the story of another person, but to make it the definitive story of that person.â€
This is what Donald Trump has done with his repeated and hateful rhetoric. Most recently, Trump and his running mate, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, have denigrated thousands of Haitian immigrants who are living legally in Springfield, Ohio.
I am heartened to see the Catholic Bishops of Ohio speak out against this “unfounded gossip†and “scapegoating.â€
The letter they have released states: “Like all people, these Haitians should be afforded the respect and dignity that are theirs by right and allowed the ability to contribute to the common good.â€
In these divisive times, it’s more important than ever to heed Adichie’s words:
“Stories matter. Many stories matter. Stories have been used to dispossess and to malign. But stories can also be used to empower, and to humanize. Stories can break the dignity of a people. But stories can also repair that broken dignity.â€

Reader decries ‘swarming’ behavior in Hendersonville
A visitor from Berkeley, California, who belonged to the 1960s’ Weathermen (aka Weather Underground) terrorist group is visiting Hendersonville during the historic aftermath of a historic hurricane and would give anything if today’s terrorists would attack those Hendersonvillians engaging in human swarming behavior and swarming local gas pumps and creating hellish gas lines and gas shortages — and also causing hellish grocery lines and grocery shortages and grocery store closings.
I said to him, “For once, I agree with you!â€
And I do.
And I would add to that list the power company (for) taking so long to get power restored. And (for) restoring power to the rich first... and the poor last!
Alas!
As I stated in a 2001 letter to the editor to the (Hendersonville) Times-News, there will never be any terrorist attacks in Hendersonville.
Within days of the Columbine school shooting, the Times-News ran a letter of mine prophesying that there will never be any school shooting or random shooting or mass shooting in Hendersonville because Hendersonville is too evil — and they are afraid of ya!
My prophesy has held all of these years — and for the reason I gave.

How to honor U.S. veterans? Just vote against Trump
I was in Washington, D.C., Friday (Sept. 16) for the dedication of the World War I veterans memorial, with its beautiful marble wall depicting “A Soldier’s Journey,†which traces the soldier’s trek from leaving home and loved ones, to fighting on the battlefields, to (God willing), safe return home.
The moving ceremony made me angry, again, that Trump disrespected our military dead at Arlington Cemetery a few weeks ago by filming a campaign video there, against the express instructions of the personnel who serve at and protect the cemetery as a holy place.
The memorial also put me in mind of my uncle, now deceased, who served in the Korean War as a young man, and dealt with the resulting PTSD for the rest of his life. He paid a heavy price for our freedom, and our democratic way of life.
First and foremost in that democratic way of life is the ability to vote. If you don’t vote, you’re not participating in the democracy that my uncle and so many other veterans in your own families lived and died for.
Please check to make sure your voter registration is up-to-date, and if not, just search online for how to contact your local voter registration board to get up-to-date.
It’s an easy way to honor our beloved veterans, and to feel your power as an American!

Our once-Christian nation is falling apart at the seams
The moral decay of America and the world has come to such a point in history that many religious leaders believe that God could any day say enough!
Let the judgment begin!
Some 2,000 years ago, Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, brought the spirit of his beloved disciple, John, to Heaven to tell him what to write on the Book to be called Revelation.
As directed, St. John, in that book, detailed what was going to take place in the future as God punishes Mankind for their failure to obey Him.
But, also, before Christ ascended to Heaven, he told his disciples that, he would ask God the Father, to send the Holy Spirit to Earth to guide them, and he did.
Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they, too, wrote books and letters telling of Jesus future return to earth to destroy the wicked.
Even in America today, we see that hate against God’s people, meaning the Jewish and Christians, is growing out of hand. In Matthew 24, Jesus said there will be “great tribulation†before he comes back, “and except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved.â€
It is sad that we let the unbelievers take over America. Now they are so sure they can win the election merely by supporting all those things which, in God’s Word, are evil and ungodly.
Now we do not have the gumption to say: “Sorry, ladies and gentlemen, but God forbids same-sex intercourse and marriage!†God made that known when He destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, and three other cities, by brimstone and fire from Heaven.
God also forbids many other things in his word and in his commandments.
Nor do we dare say: “Sorry, ladies, but once you are pregnant, there is another body inside you, a human baby growing, and God says love your children, and God forbids murdering an innocent baby. In other words, you do not have a right to kill him/or her.â€
That baby that God formed and gave a spirit while in you, he made male or female. God knows what is best for each of us. No human being has a right to change that!
So how in the world is it that an America that once trusted in God has become so blinded?
Obviously, it started trusting in man instead of God — (and) forgetting about God and His love, and His just laws.
Now what God called “good,†man calls “evil.†And those who believe in God and are good are now being called evil. As prophesied, persecution of Christians has started and will only get worse!
Jesus said he always said what God told him to say — or what he taught him.
So his prophesy is what God told him — and it is coming true!
Even our once-Christian nation is falling apart at the seams!
Forgive us LORD!

Constitution gala celebrated rights of U.S. citizens (only)
Tuesday, Sept. 17, was Constitution and Citizenship Day — a commemoration of the final passage of the U.S. Constitution by the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia.
It also celebrated the citizenship of those born in the United States as well as those we welcome as naturalized citizens — and the rights and privileges granted to all citizens.
First among these rights and privileges, is, of course, -voting. And contained in the right of citizen voting is a clear moral and patriotic imperative for each and every one of us to protect it.
There is no question that the security of our voting system and the confidence in our election results is of major concern to all voters of all parties and ideologies. One aspect of this is increasing worry about noncitizens voting in our federal elections and the impact it could have on outcomes.
It is real. It has happened in the past. There is proof. It will happen again in 2024, with the potential to occur on a much larger scale due to the massive increases in noncitizen populations in the U.S. over the last few years.
And what does that mean for celebrating the Constitution and U.S. citizens? That the celebration of freedom that comes from the Constitution and Citizenship Day could be diminished if noncitizens (whether through deliberately or unknowingly breaking federal laws banning noncitizens voting in federal elections) are allowed to vote in the elections that determine the future direction of our country.
Another founding document, the Declaration of Independence, states that our government derives its “just powers from the consent of the governed.†The way we citizens provide or withdraw that consent is through voting.
Federal law is clear that only U.S. citizens can vote in U.S. elections. Unfortunately, these laws currently do not require proof of that citizenship, REAL ID does not indicate citizenship, and signing a federal voter application card does not demand accompanying proof of citizenship.
Americans welcome and celebrate new citizens — especially those who come to the U.S. lawfully and go through the rigorous process of naturalization required to vote.
But Constitution and Citizenship Day celebrated rights available only to current U.S. citizens. Our rights must never be diminished by votes from foreign nationals who break the law by casting ballots in our elections.
