Regarding Kamala Harris in the July 12 press conference, the question was:  

“And, separately, what concerns do you have about Vice President Harris’s ability to beat Donald Trump, if she were at the top of the ticket?” 

 President Joe Biden’s answer: 

“Look, I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president. Though I think she is not qualified to be president. Let’s start there....”  

So here you have the recommendation from her boss Joe Biden, as to her ability to be president:

“… I think she is not qualified to be president.”  

What I find amusing is how this recommendation has changed after Kamala’s canonization. Nothing has changed in the last 13 days, except now she is being served up to us as the greatest thing since sliced bread.

On March 24, 2021: “President Joe Biden announced Wednesday that he has appointed Vice President Kamala Harris to lead efforts to stem migration across the U.S.-Mexico border, as the administration faces growing political pressure to address a surge in undocumented migrant children unaccompanied by parents.” 

Biden said during an immigration meeting at the White House that he had asked Harris to lead the administration’s efforts with Mexico and the Northern Triangle — El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, countries that will “need help stemming the movement of so many folks, stemming the migration to our Southern border.”  

Well, does that not mean, in the common vernacular, that Vice President Harris was assigned the job — or responsibility -— of being our “border czar?”  

Evidently, Vice President Harris — by her behavior — acknowledges that she was a failure in the role.  If proud of her performance, she would run to the moniker “border czar.”  

Instead, she and the “legacy media” try to distance her from it by adamantly claiming, first, that there is no such title as “border czar,” and second, that we must remember that the truth is anything the left wants it to be, so, therefore, President Biden never made any such appointment to Vice President Harris.  

I believe this is one of life’s character tests. You accept responsibility for your actions and you admit failure and try to do better, or you hide behind the lies of the liberal media and quibble that it never happened. More mendacity (lies), coverups and failure to take responsibility. Character?  

One must remember this election is about issues:  the economy, immigration and security.  

If you can cipher a grocery receipt and read a gas pump with a little recall back to before 2020, you know undeniably the economy is bad.  

Immigration is so bad that Kamala runs from it. While the rest of us live it through diverted social programs, murders, rapes, crime and higher taxes.  

We’ve suffered a loss of security because we don’t know what un-vetted criminals and terrorists have been welcomed into the country.  

It is said that 300,000 American citizens die a year, now, because of illegal drugs brought across our “open” border.  

We are, by proxy, engaged in two wars, with the oncoming possibility of a third war in Asia — and we have no money.  I believe it is time to go back to a time when I was in grade school.  

It’s time to play “Duck and Cover” again. A Russian nuclear submarine, the Kazan, made a port call in Cuba recently. As I recall in 1962, we almost went to war over Russian nuclear missiles in Cuba. 

 That Russian submarine wasn’t there to fish or get the crew a tan. It reminds of Barry McGuire’s 1965 protest hit, “Eve of Destruction,” with the lyrics: “And you tell me, over and over again my friend, you don’t believe we’re on the eve of destruction....”  

This election isn’t about a person with a Jamaican-born father and an Indian-born mother, trying to pass herself off as a black woman.  

Or her amorous affair with a substantially older, politically powerful, married man.  It is about security: economic, domestic and international.  

This person has been Joe Biden’s partner in destroying national security over the last four years, and you want to give what was once the most liberal senator in the United States Senate —  the model for a George Soros catch-and-release San Francisco district attorney — a chance to run the United States of America?
