NEWBERRY, S.C. — The Australian tribute band Ramble Tamble will perform a musical salute to Creedence Clearwater Revival at 8 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Newberry Opera House, 1201 McKibben St., here.
“Featuring an all-star linup of musicians, this high-energy show captures the spirit and soul of Credence Clearwater Revival’s music,†a promotion noted.

As for the significance of the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival, during the group’s induction in 1993 into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the following was noted:
