KINGS MOUNTAIN —The group Dirty Grass Soul, billed as “Cleveland County’s finest,” will perfrom at 6 p.m., Oct. 14 in the amphitheater at Partriots Park.

“Formed in 2011, Dirty Grass Soul has earned a reputation as one of the Southeast’s emerging Southern rock/alt country band, with their music falling somewhere between country, bluegrass and Southern rock ‘n’ roll, reminiscent of acts like the Charlie Daniels Band and the Marshall Tucker Band,” a promotion stated. 

The event will begin with a cruise-in and pre-show at 5 p.m., followed by the concert with opener the Main Event Band, billed as a “CMNA nominee,” at 6 p.m. 

Later, the featured band, Dirty Grass Soul, will perform.

Attendees are urged to bring lawnchairs and/or blankets. Admission is free.
