FLETCHER —  The Town of Fletcher will host a drop-in reception for its new chief of police, Dan Terry, from 4 to 6 p.m. April 21 at Fletcher Town Hall.

The gala, to be held in the Multipurpose Room on the third floor of Town Hall, will follow all COVID-19 protocols for an indoor event. The public is invited to attend.

Terry, 50, of Hendersonville began his duties April 5. He previously served wth the Henderon County Sheriff’s Office as lieutenant of the Division of Professional Responsibility.
