BREVARD — The eight-film Brevard Music Center @ The Drive-In Movies summer series will continue with the screening of the action classic “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade†at 9 p.m. June 20 in the parking lot at Brevard College’s Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium.
The Indiana Jones film will be the third in the series of weekly Saturday night screenings. The series began with “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone†on June 6 and “Sonic the Hedgehog†on June 13. (Future screenings are listed in the Calendar of Events in this online edition of the Daily Planet.)
BMC decided the launch the drive-in movie series after having to cancel its annual Summer Music Festival because of COVID-19 pandemic safety concerns.
Attendees will be able to view the film on a 30-foot screen. Audio will be provided by tuning into a designated FM station on one’s car radio There is an 80-car limit.
Tickets for each film are $15 per car. Tickets must be purchased in advance – up to an hour before showtime. No tickets will be sold at the BMC, and there will be no box office access during any of the series’ film presentations. For tickets, visit brevardmusic.org.
