Louis Farrakhan is a social predator of the first order.
Like most political opportunists, he’s bright and articulate with a legendary capacity to cherry pick the truth.
His recent statement about the folly of our engagement in Libya ironically happens to be right on the money. It is still a curiosity if he had a hand in eliminating his competition through the murder of Malcolm X.
It matters, because that gentleman was a voice of reason uniquely
calling on black Americans to stand on their own two feet — not the
unreliable graces of white America.
Under the watch of “victims-are-us” advocates Farrakhan, Jackson,
and Sharpton, black America’s youth, families and dignity have been
ravaged. Gadhafi and Farrakhan have been bosom buddies since the ‘80s.
Farrakhan’s patterned indifference to truth evidently makes it easy to overlook Gadhafi’s patterned dictatorial ruthlessness.
Still the good reverend is correct about the ill advised nature of our eleventh hour intervention in Libya.
That Louis Farrakhan would be our voice of reason on this matter is no small curiosity…
