UNCAís Battle of the Bands offers spring fun

UNC Asheville’s Underdog Productions sponsored a Battle of the Bands at the main quadrangle on campus during a chilly April 2, but the bands and students still managed to have a good time, grooving to the music. Some students, such as the couple to the left, even enjoyed the scene from their perch in nearby trees. Dr. DP and the Trainrunners (not pictured), an Asheville ska/reggae band, won the contest, which included a grand prize of $1,000.
