Rafters flying a Jolly Roger flag and a sign calling for the impeachment of President Bush take part in the Anything That Floats Parade at the Rockiní River Festival on the French Broad River last Saturday. Thousands attended the daylong festival at the French Broad River Park off Amboy Road. Festivities included music, belly dancers, fire spinners and martial arts demonstrations.
